Two toilets for three bedrooms
Only the master bedroom has an attached toilet. Take a corner of bedroom 3 for a third toilet if you need one.
Bedroom door in the hall
Bedroom 3 opens directly into the hall, which is common but less private. Move the door to the bedroom 2 side if you prefer.
