MyFloorPlanMaker is free to use for personal and commercial projects. We may change, improve or discontinue features at any time.

You own the plans you create, including plans you start from a template. You may export, print, share and use them however you like. We claim no rights over them.

Projects are stored only in your browser. Browsers can delete stored data, for example when you clear site data or use a private window. You are responsible for keeping backups by downloading .fp3d project files.

The service is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. Plans, areas and measurements are for planning and communication only; they are not a substitute for a survey, professional drawings or advice from a qualified architect, engineer or builder. Room areas are measured to wall centre lines. Always check dimensions on site before building or ordering materials.

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss arising from use of the service, including lost data or decisions made from plans created with it.

Do not use the site to break the law, to attack or overload it, or to distribute harmful content through share links.
