Start from a plot

Pick a plot size as listed in India. The plot and its setbacks are drawn as outlines and dimensions, not walls, so you can draw the house inside.

Your projects

Projects are stored only in this browser. Export .fp3d files to back them up or move them.

What you can do here

Create a project from scratch or from one of fifteen built-in templates, open a .fp3d or .json project file, and reopen, rename, duplicate or delete the projects stored on this device.

Everything happens in your browser. Download a .fp3d file whenever you want a backup or need to move a plan to another computer; "Clear local data" removes every project from this browser at once.

Your first few minutes

  1. Pick a starting point

A blank plan with one floor, or a template such as the studio, the 3-bedroom layout, the two-floor villa or the office.

  2. Follow the quick tour

A short tour points out the drawing tools, the library and the 3D view. Run it again any time from the help button or the command palette.

  3. Draw and check in 3D

Press R to drag out a room or W to draw walls corner by corner, then press 3 for the 3D view or choose Split to see both.

  4. Keep a copy

Your work saves as you go. Use Export → .fp3d project file before clearing browser data or switching computers.

Frequently asked questions

Do I need an account?

No. Open the planner and start drawing; projects are kept in this browser on this device.

Can I keep working offline?

Yes, once the app has loaded in this browser. Projects you have opened here before stay available without a connection.

How do I move a plan to another computer?

In the editor, choose Export → .fp3d project file, copy the file across, then use "Open a project file" on the other computer.

Why can't I see my projects in another browser?

Each browser keeps its own storage. A plan saved in one browser is not visible in another until you open its .fp3d file there.
