Things to consider
The common toilet is at the front
The 1.80 × 3.00 m (5′ 11″ × 9′ 10″) common toilet is near the entrance; add a second one off the passage if you want a toilet in the back half too.
Bedroom 3 faces the street
Bedroom 3 (13.9 m² (149 sq ft)) is on the road side, so it is noisier than the master.
The dining room opens off the passage
There is no separate living room; the dining room at the front doubles as the main family space. Enclose a larger one if the household needs more room to sit.
