Studio Apartment Floor Plan
A studio apartment floor plan has to make one room work as bedroom, living room and often dining room too. This layout keeps the kitchenette and the shower room in a strip along one side, leaving a clear main room with the bed at one end and the sofa at the other. Fit it to your studio's measurements and try your own furniture before you move.

Sleeping and living in one room
The main room is 6.0 × 4.5 m (19′ 8″ × 14′ 9″). The double bed sits in the corner furthest from the kitchen, with a nightstand beside it and a wardrobe on the end wall. The sofa stands against the opposite wall, with a coffee table and a rug marking the living zone.
The front door opens into the kitchenette, 3.6 × 2.0 m (11′ 10″ × 6′ 7″), which joins the main room through a 0.9 m (2′ 11″) opening, so the bed is not the first thing you see from the door. The shower room, 2.4 × 2.0 m (7′ 10″ × 6′ 7″), has its own door from the main room. The main room gets daylight from two walls, and both small rooms have a window too.
Furniture and space planning
Divide with furniture
Turn a bookshelf from the library so its back faces the bed; it screens the sleeping area without a wall.
Try a smaller bed
Swap the 1.6 m (5′ 3″) double bed for a single and see how much floor it frees.
Add a table
There is no dining table in the template. Add a small one by the window and check it fits beside the sofa.
Keep a clear route
Leave a path from the kitchenette opening to the shower-room door that does not cross the rug or the bed.
Things to consider
Storage
One wardrobe is all the storage drawn. Tall shelving along a wall adds storage without taking much floor.
Shower room off the main room
Its door opens from the living and sleeping space. To reach it from the kitchenette instead, delete the door and add one in the wall the two small rooms share.
Listing sizes
Studio listings usually quote internal floor area; this plan measures to wall centre lines, so expect it to read slightly larger.
Fitting the layout to your studio
Measure
Note the length of each wall and the positions of the door and windows.
Resize the room
Select each outside wall and type its measured length, then lock it.
Move the openings
Drag the door and windows along the walls to where yours are.
Furnish
Resize the library items to the furniture you own or plan to buy, then check the result in 3D.
