RCC Quantity Takeoff Calculators
These free RCC quantity takeoff calculators work out reinforcement steel weight from bar bending schedules, and the concrete, cement, sand and aggregate for slabs, stairs, pillars, footings and nominal mixes.
In this section
- Steel Quantity CalculatorCalculate reinforcement steel weight for RCC columns. Enter bar diameter, column dimensions and spacing to get a bar bending schedule with total steel in kg.
- Concrete Mix CalculatorCalculate cement bags, sand and aggregate for a nominal concrete mix. Enter the volume and mix ratio to get material quantities in bags and cubic feet.
- Slab Concrete CalculatorCalculate concrete volume, dry volume, cement, sand and aggregate for RCC slabs. Also computes main and distribution bar quantities with a bar bending schedule.
- Pillar and Footing CalculatorCalculate concrete volume, cement, sand, aggregate, steel reinforcement and excavation for RCC pillars and isolated footings.
- Stair Concrete CalculatorCalculate concrete volume, cement, sand and aggregate for an RCC dog-legged staircase: waist slab, steps and landings. Enter flight and landing dimensions.
- Stirrup Cutting Length CalculatorWork out the cutting length and weight of rectangular, circular, diagonal and triangular stirrups from the member size, cover, bar diameter and hook angle.
- Slab Steel CalculatorWork out the steel in a one-way or two-way RCC slab: bar counts, cutting lengths with cranks and Ld, top bars at L/4 and total weight in kg, bar group by group.
- Footing Steel CalculatorCalculate the steel in an isolated footing mesh: bars each way, cutting lengths with the legs turned up and the 90° bends deducted, and total weight in kg.
- Brickwork CalculatorWork out the number of bricks, wet and dry mortar, cement bags and sand for a wall or a brickwork volume, with labour days and an optional cost.
- Rate Analysis CalculatorRate analysis for RCC, PCC, plaster, paint and earthwork items. Get each material and labour quantity, then add your own prices for the rate per unit.
- Bill of Quantities (BOQ) CalculatorBuild a Bill of Quantities line by line: description, quantity, unit and your rate. Get amounts, subtotals per bill, contingency, profit, tax and a grand total.

What an RCC takeoff covers
Reinforced cement concrete (RCC) is measured in two parts: the steel bars, bought by weight, and the concrete, bought as cement bags, sand and coarse aggregate. The steel calculator lists each bar group of a column with its cutting length and weight; the concrete, slab, stair and pillar calculators turn a wet volume and a nominal mix ratio into materials.
Estimates, not structural design
These calculators give quantities for ordering and budgeting. Bar sizes, spacing, lap lengths and the concrete grade come from your structural drawings, and a structural engineer confirms them against the code that applies where you build.
