Floor Plan Software for Retail & Manufacturers
Show a customer how your product fits their room. Retail and manufacturing teams use MyFloorPlanMaker to draw the room to scale, place the product at its real size and show both in 2D and 3D, so the customer can see the clearances before ordering.
How retail and manufacturing teams use floor plans
Show how a product fits a real room
Place your furniture, appliance or fixture in a room drawn to its real size, so the customer sees how much space is left around it.
Build a catalogue of room settings
Save each layout as a project file or export it as an image, and build up a set of rooms your product is shown in, such as a bedroom, a kitchen and an office.
Collaborate with a buyer or specifier
Send a link to the plan. The buyer opens their own copy in the browser without downloading anything or logging in.
Ship a plan that matches production specs
Type exact wall, door and window sizes. The exported PDF and DXF carry those measurements, so the specifier works from the same numbers you drew.
Typical workflow for a product team
Build a standard room template
Draw a room at a typical customer size, for example a 12 m² bedroom or a 30 m² kitchen, and save it as a starting project you can duplicate.
Import your product into the layout
Draw a rectangle at the correct dimensions, assign the right colour, and place it in the room with the clearances your product guide recommends.
Switch to 3D for a rendered view
Walk the camera through the room. In 3D the customer can judge height and proportion, which a 2D plan does not show.
Export and share
Download as PNG for a catalogue page, PDF for a specification pack, or DXF for the client's CAD team.
Why accurate dimensions matter
If the plan is a few centimetres out, the product that looked right may not fit on delivery. Enter exact wall, door and window sizes, and the client and their architect or contractor can measure from the layout you share.
Frequently asked questions
Can my customer use the plan without an account?
Yes. Send a link and they open it in any browser without signing up or installing a plugin or app.
Can I export to CAD format?
Yes. DXF export is built in, so your client's CAD team can import the layout directly.
Are the measurements accurate?
All dimensions are stored in millimetres internally. You type in metric or imperial, and the exported files carry the exact values.
Can I put my brand on the exported plan?
Not as a logo. The PDF title block shows the project name, floor, scale, units and date, so you can put your company name or a reference in the project name before you export.
Ready to plan your space?
It is free, runs in your browser and needs no account. Projects are saved privately on this device.
