Floor Plan Software for Real Estate

Buyers and renters use the floor plan to decide whether a property is worth a viewing. With MyFloorPlanMaker, agents and property managers draw the 2D plan and a 3D walkthrough in the browser, then export a PDF or share a link. No design software or account is needed.

Create a property floor plan

What real estate teams use MyFloorPlanMaker for

  1. Create a listing-ready floor plan in minutes

Draw the walls from your measured sketch, add room labels, and export a clean PDF for the listing packet.

  2. Show a 3D walkthrough to buyers

Switch to the 3D viewer and capture screenshots or a walkthrough link that lets buyers see the flow of a space without visiting.

  3. Stage a virtual room

Add furniture from the built-in library so buyers can picture an empty property furnished, without paying for physical staging.

  4. Share a link with clients

Send a URL that opens a copy of the plan in the browser. The client can pan, zoom and switch to 3D without installing anything. The link is a snapshot, so send a new one after changes.

From measured sketch to listing

  1. Trace the walls from your measurements

Open the editor, set the units you measured in (feet and inches or metres), and click the corners of the property. Type each wall length as you go.

  2. Add room labels and key features

Label each room, place the doors and windows, and set the wall or floor heights.

  3. Switch to 3D and stage the space

Walk through the property in 3D. Add furniture from the library so the viewer can judge the size of each room.

  4. Export and attach to the listing

Download as PDF with scale bar and title block, or as PNG for the web listing. Share a link for interactive viewings.

Accuracy builds trust

Buyers and renters compare floor plans when they shortlist properties, and a plan that is a few centimetres out, or printed at the wrong scale, makes them doubt the rest of the listing. MyFloorPlanMaker stores every length exactly as you typed it, so the exported plan has the same numbers as the one you drew.

Frequently asked questions

Can I add a logo to the exported PDF?

No. Logos are not supported. The PDF title block shows the project name, floor, scale, units and date, so you can put the agency name or a reference in the project name.

Does the buyer need an account to view my shared plan?

No. Anyone with the link can open the plan in their browser without signing up or installing software.

Can I export at a standard estate-agent scale?

Yes. PDF export supports 1:50, 1:100 and 1:200 scales with a scale bar and title block, which is what most listing portals expect.

What if the property has multiple floors?

Each floor is a separate level in the editor. You can label them Ground floor, First floor and so on, and the 3D viewer shows the full stacked building.
